"Add to cart" button will add products to the cart without navigating to shopping cart. You can add multiple products using it.

"Buy Now" button will add to the cart and open shopping cart to check out.
For every successful order,customers will get rewards points, Registered users only can redeem to their wallet by checking Rewards section in their accounts.
Guest users are requested to register on website to make use of E-wallet and rewards points, which can be redeemed in next purchase.
E-Wallet will be created automatically for registered users, they can check the same in the accounts section, they can manage and top up their wallet using any payment opyions.
For every successful order, their wallet will be topped up with the certain amount according to the cart value. And also they can redeem reward points to their wallet.
Most of our products are being dispatched by manufacturers/weavers, they dont have facility to dispatch to abroad directly. So they will dispatch the product to the international shipping company first,which will take 5 to 6 working days, and then the same will be dispatched to abroad as soon as received. Then 5 to 6 working days to deliver.
so approximate 12 to 15 workking days.
It means your order is being packed and ready to hand over to the courier partner.
Some products have longer expected delivery date. Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on the website. If the number of days is past due there might be some unforeseen conditions due to which your product cannot be shipped. We will send you an email or call you to inform about the such delays. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery

Shipping means the product has been dispatched from our dispatch center. You will receive an email and sms with tracking number once it is shipped. Since, we ship our products with third party shipping company we do not have full control over delivery. Delivery means when the product is actually delivered to you at your doorstep.
For all Domestic orders, free shipping. For international orders, the Shipping charges will apply according to weight.
Within India, We use Professional courier or DTDC to ship the products.

For International shipping, we use DHL or FEDEX via cocanadaxpress courier.
